Before you book
The details that make your quote useful
Tell us where you are travelling, when you need pickup and what you are bringing. Availability and specific arrangements should be confirmed for your booking.
Agree the total
Check the total price, included waiting time and any extra-stop charges before accepting the quote.
Confirm vehicle fit
Include large bags, pushchairs and special requirements so seating and luggage space can be checked together.
Keep pickup instructions
Keep your booking confirmation and contact details accessible, and report itinerary changes before pickup.
Why flight number matters
The flight number connects the booking to the real arrival. It is the simplest detail for adjusting pickup planning when arrival time changes.
- Arrival updates
- Terminal context
- More accurate pickup timing
What to do if your itinerary changes
Contact the team as early as possible with updated flight details, passenger contact, and destination if the route changes.
Private transfer vs taxi
When STW Movers is the better fit
Travellers often search for Barcelona taxi, cab, airport taxi, or private driver when they need the same basic result: a reliable ride. STW Movers is strongest when the journey benefits from planning, privacy, luggage fit, or a premium arrival experience.
| Factor | STW Movers | Taxi or cab |
|---|---|---|
| Best fit | Useful when you want a planned answer for route, luggage, waiting, or schedule questions before booking. | Useful for simple on-demand city rides when immediate availability is the main priority. |
| Booking style | Pre-booked private quote with pickup, destination, passengers, luggage, and timing reviewed in advance. | Available through ranks, street hailing or booking services; advance booking and vehicle options depend on the provider. |
| Experience | Private chauffeur vehicle, direct support, airport and cruise port planning, and premium presentation. | Standard cab experience that can work well for short routes but may vary by queue, vehicle, and timing. |
